Sportsman’s Creek Bridge, Lawrence

About This Project

Project: Sportsman’s Creek Bridge, Lawrence
Principal: RMS
Client: Delaney Civil Pty Ltd
Project Date: September 2017
Description:
The bridge was a 7-span super tee bridge which spanned over the Clarence river. The total length of the bridge was approx. 175m long and 14m wide, consisting of a contra flow carriageway with pedestrian path on one side divided by an intermediate cast in-situ F-type barrier.
Our scope on this project was to install and construct the expansion joint system in the concrete deck. We also assisted the main contractor with the intermediate barriers on the bridge and with the deck pour using a vibrating concrete screed.
