Description:
The bridge was a 7-span super tee bridge which spanned over the Clarence river. The total length of the bridge was approx. 175m long and 14m wide, consisting of a contra flow carriageway with pedestrian path on one side divided by an intermediate cast in-situ F-type barrier.
Our scope on this project was:
- To install and construct the expansion joint system in the concrete deck.
- We also assisted the main contractor with the intermediate barriers on the bridge and with the deck pour using a vibrating concrete screed.
